Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) in Seattle, WA, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering plan-based financial solutions to new and existing clients. Located at 353 NE Northgate Way, this role focuses on holistic client relationships, assessing needs, and referring to experts in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly range of $24.52 - $37.50, equating to approximately $51,000 - $78,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Financial Wellness
- Listen for opportunities during conversations and deliver customized financial recommendations.
- Refer investment/insurance products and open accounts (checking, business, lending, CDs).
Sales & Networking
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal/external centers of influence.
- Partner with branch teams, Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
Operations & Compliance
- Support teller line, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
- Maintain compliance, document interactions, and stay current on products/competitors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and influencing partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC/digital tech proficiency, and comfort with small business clients.
