Position Summary
The Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) in Shelton, WA, plays a pivotal role in delivering plan-based financial advice to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. As a PCB, you'll embody a client-first culture, listening for financial wellness opportunities, and referring tailored investment, insurance, mortgage, and business banking solutions. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly range of $24.52 - $37.50, equating to approximately $51,000 - $78,000 annually, and requires FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE).
Key Responsibilities
- Champion exceptional client experiences by being present and impactful in every interaction.
- Identify client needs through conversations and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal partners like Key Investment Services and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Maintain compliance with all KeyBank policies, risk procedures, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relationship development, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sales techniques, and comfort with small business clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and digital tools; ability to educate clients on platforms.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
