Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Souderton branch (702 Route 113), you will serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner to individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Financial Advice
- Embody a client-first culture, listening for opportunities and recommending investment/insurance products.
- Assess needs, document data, and open accounts (checking, business, loans, CDs).
Sales & Networking
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal/external influencers.
- Achieve sales goals through disciplined calling and partnerships with Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
Operations & Compliance
- Support teller line, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
- Maintain compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE upon hire; Life and Health Insurance (preferred).
- Experience: Proven sales in insurance/investments, foundational sales techniques, rapport-building, partner influence, PC/digital proficiency.
- Comfort with small business clients, objection handling, and networking.
