Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Wilbur, WA branch, you'll focus on the entire client relationship using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Serving clients with up to $2M in investable assets, you'll assess needs, recommend products, and refer to specialists in Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, or Business Banking. This full-time role combines sales, service, and advisory expertise in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture, listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
• Build and maintain referral pipelines through prospecting, internal/external networking, and disciplined calling efforts.
• Open personal and business accounts, including checking, deposits, lending, and CDs.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business professionals for client acquisition and relationship deepening.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while supporting branch operations like teller transactions.
• Participate in huddles, debriefs, and maintain knowledge of private client products versus competitors.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building insurance/investment referrals.
• Foundational sales/service techniques, including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence partners.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office), digital tech (mobile/apps), and ability to educate clients.
• Required licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE upon hire; Life and Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
