Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Yakima, WA, you will serve as a problem solver and partner to individuals and businesses. Focus on plan-based financial advice, assessing needs, and referring solutions across Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking. Embody a client-first culture while driving financial wellness and achieving sales goals in a dynamic branch environment at 1202 N 40th Avenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen for financial opportunities and deliver customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance products.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, home equity, and lending products.
- Develop partnerships to deepen client relationships and support branch operations.
- Maintain compliance, document interactions, and participate in team huddles.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven sales in insurance/investments, relationship building, prospecting, and influencing partners.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech knowledge, comfort with small business clients.
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE; Life & Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
