Position Summary

The Mortgage Loan Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in our mortgage operations, reporting to the Post Closing Manager. This position ensures the timely review, audit, and delivery of first mortgage loans to FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and private investors. You'll collaborate with secondary marketing, underwriting, processing, and closing teams to resolve issues and meet delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, pooling, and delivery of loans to agencies and investors based on trade commitments.
• Monitor daily status of shipped loans and resolve shipping/suspense items for prompt purchase.
• Coordinate collateral delivery to custodians and work with operations to clear documentation/compliance issues.
• Maintain relationships with agencies/investors and provide pooling data to the trade desk.
• Stay current on FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA requirements, FHA/VA guidelines, RESPA, TILA, and more.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years in residential mortgage lending; secondary marketing/shipping preferred.
• Experience with FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA/private investor deliveries and products like FHA, VA, USDA.
• Strong prioritization, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Windows/Office; detail-oriented with a service mindset.
