Position Summary
The Operational Risk Officer - Business Banking is a key role in KeyCorp’s 2nd Line of Defense, focusing on risk oversight for Business Banking and enterprise-wide programs. Based at our state-of-the-art facility at 4900 Tiedeman Road in Brooklyn, Ohio, this individual contributor position reports to the Consumer Line of Business Operational Risk Oversight Director. As a subject matter expert, you'll promote a proactive risk culture, provide consultation on risks, controls, testing, and remediation, and ensure alignment with KeyBank's Operational Risk Policy. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Banking lines of business (LOBs) to identify risks, challenge assessments, and oversee controls, testing, and remediation.
