Position Summary
The Operations Servicing Manager - Income Property Group leads a team of servicing professionals managing a diverse portfolio for local and regional private developers and public companies. This role emphasizes superior client service, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with closing and senior management teams. Ideal candidates excel in team leadership, problem-solving, loan system processing, and commercial real estate expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of Servicing Officers, including hiring, training, pipeline tracking, and development.
- Provide expert guidance on credit approvals, loan documents, and client meetings.
- Maintain data integrity in loan systems, handling boarding, modifications, payments, escrows, and collateral accounts.
- Analyze exceptions, negotiate waivers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead projects for process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Build alliances with relationship managers for exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in supervisory roles, preferably in bank operations and commercial real estate servicing.
- Deep knowledge of loan structures, syndications, Debt Domain, and LoanIQ systems.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks, negotiate non-standard deals, and drive analytical solutions.
- Strong PC skills, including Excel and Word.

- Experience managing multi-bank loan participations and syndications (experience)
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of Servicing Officers team including hiring, training, and development

- Analyze and process loan boarding, maintenance, data integrity, and system transactions
- Manage DDA Restricted Collateral Accounts including openings, disbursements, and reconciliations
- Handle rate changes, payments, escrows, flood monitoring, and payoff instructions
- Identify exceptions, negotiate waivers, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with RMs and lending teams for superior client service
- Lead continuous improvement projects and support commercial lending platform initiatives
