Key Responsibilities
Client Service Excellence

Operational Duties
- Balance cash drawers daily within guidelines and adhere to compliance/security protocols.
- Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and Saturday shifts as scheduled.
- Maintain knowledge of products, fees, and policies to educate clients on optimal banking channels like ATMs and online services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Proven client service and cash handling experience.
- Comfortable with Windows-based PCs and calculators.
- Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.
