Position Summary
As a Part-time Teller at our Cleveland branch located at 14006 Kinsman, you will serve as the face of KeyBank, delivering exceptional in-person client service. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences by assisting with transactions, account servicing, and issue resolution.
- Proactively listen for financial needs and transition clients to bankers for wellness conversations.
- Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, and balance drawers while adhering to security protocols.
- Participate in daily huddles, maintain product knowledge, and ensure compliance with all policies.
- Collaborate with teammates to support branch operations and client success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Proven client service and cash handling experience.
- Comfortable with PC software, calculators, and basic banking tools.
- Strong integrity, time management, and communication skills.
- Notary License preferred; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
