Key Responsibilities
Client Service Excellence
- Welcome clients and handle transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing.
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate complex matters.
- Listen for financial cues and transition to bankers for wellness discussions.
Operational Duties
- Balance cash drawers accurately within guidelines.
- Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
- Maintain knowledge of products, fees, and policies.
- Adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Proven client service and cash handling experience.
- Comfort with PC applications and calculators.
- Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills.
- Notary License preferred.
Physical demands include prolonged standing (5-8 hours), frequent hand use, and occasional lifting.
