Position Summary

As a Part-time Teller at our Lehighton, PA branch located at 904 Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East, you will be the face of KeyBank, delivering outstanding in-person client service. Earn $18.00 - $22.60 per hour (equivalent to $37,440 - $47,008 annually based on 20 hours/week) while helping clients with transactions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for financial wellness. This role embodies our client experience culture in a dynamic branch environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions accurately.
• Listen actively during conversations to uncover financial needs and seamlessly transition clients to bankers.
• Proactively identify and resolve servicing issues, escalating when necessary.
• Balance cash drawers, adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as scheduled.
• Educate clients on products, fees, digital banking channels like ATM, online, and telephone banking.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
• Comfortable with PC applications, Windows-based software, and calculators.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and sales skills.
• Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs., and communicate effectively face-to-face and by phone.
