Position Summary

As a Personal Banker - Bilingual Spanish Preferred at KeyBank's Mahopac location (981 Route 6, Mahopac, NY 10541), you'll be the face of our client-first culture. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations during in-person and phone interactions.
• Consistently meet individual sales, activity, and outcome goals by opening accounts, loans, and deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business experts to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Support branch operations, including teller transactions, morning huddles, and end-of-day debriefs.
• Ensure full compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit policies while maintaining ethical standards.
• Work Saturdays as needed and perform other duties to support team success.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
• Knowledge of consumer credit fundamentals (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).
• Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, tele-consulting, and objection handling.
• Proficiency in PCs (MS Office), digital tools (mobile apps, online banking), and influencing partners.
• Notary License (preferred); Bilingual Spanish (preferred).
