Position Summary

- Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions, and support teller line operations.
- Facilitate huddles, debriefs, and work flexible schedules including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ years in sales/customer relationships.
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, prospecting, and digital banking tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and client education on mobile/web platforms.
- Strong ethics, work ethic, and ability to influence partners and overcome objections.

- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures
- Support branch operations including teller transactions as needed
- Participate in morning huddles, debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed
