Position Summary

Join our Auburn, WA branch as a Personal Banker and become the face of KeyBank in the community. This client-first, sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive outreach to uncover needs and deliver tailored financial solutions. We're seeking self-motivated, competitive individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. Work Saturdays as needed and collaborate with branch teammates to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client experience culture by actively listening and providing customized financial wellness recommendations during conversations.
• Consistently meet individual sales, activity, and outcome goals, including opening personal and business accounts like checking, loans, and CDs.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and relationship expansion.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies while documenting client interactions.
• Support branch operations, including teller line assistance, morning huddles, and end-of-day debriefs.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer relationships, and referral building—financial services experience not required.
• Knowledge of consumer credit fundamentals (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including tele-consulting, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfort with PCs (MS Office), digital tools (mobile apps, online banking), and influencing partners.
• Notary License (preferred).

Salary Range: $42,993 - $65,000 annually (converted from $20.67 - $31.25/hour).
