Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Centennial branch located at 16796 E Smoky Hill Road, you will engage clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover their financial needs. This sales-driven role focuses on building relationships, opening accounts, and recommending solutions to enhance client confidence in their finances. We're seeking self-motivated, competitive individuals with strong communication skills to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Achieve sales goals by opening personal and business accounts, including checking, loans, and deposits.
- Build partnerships with branch teammates and external influencers to expand client relationships.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies.
- Support teller operations, participate in team huddles, and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques including prospecting and networking.
- PC and digital technology proficiency.
- Strong work ethic, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
- Work Saturdays as directed
