Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Build partnerships with branch teams, Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking professionals to expand client relationships.
- Handle teller transactions, participate in huddles and debriefs, and work Saturdays as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions, and uphold ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, prospecting, and digital tools.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, mobile apps, and web platforms.
- Strong work ethic, ability to influence partners, and comfort with small business clients.
