Position Summary

As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's 14006 Kinsman location in Cleveland, Ohio, you'll serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to individuals and businesses. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
• Achieve sales goals by opening accounts, loans, and deposit products for personal and business clients.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and specialists in investments, mortgages, and business banking.
• Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
• Support daily branch operations, including teller duties, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
• Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
• Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools.
• Strong ethics, work ethic, and ability to influence partners.
