Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations during in-person and phone interactions.
- Consistently meet individual sales, activity, and outcome goals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Open various accounts including consumer checking, small business, home equity, and certificates of deposit.
- Foster partnerships with teammates and external influencers to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies while supporting teller transactions as needed.
- Participate in daily huddles, debriefs, and Saturday shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 1+ years of sales experience developing customer relationships and achieving goals.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking platforms.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; Notary License preferred.
