Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Conshohocken branch (101 West Ridge Pike), you'll be the face of our commitment to exceptional client service. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. We're seeking self-motivated, competitive individuals with strong communication skills to attract new clients and deepen existing ones. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
- Open accounts including consumer checking, business deposits, home equity, and CDs.
- Achieve sales goals through preset appointments, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Partner with teammates and specialists in investments, mortgages, and business banking.
- Support teller line and branch operations; participate in huddles and debriefs.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ year sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques: prospecting, networking, objection handling.
- PC/digital tech proficiency; comfort with small business clients.
