Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Dayton location (3736 Germantown Pike), you'll serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Listen for financial opportunities and provide customized recommendations during client interactions.
- Open accounts including consumer checking, small business, loans, and CDs.
- Achieve sales goals through preset appointments, walk-ins, and referrals.
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Partner with teammates and specialists in investments, mortgage, and business banking.
- Support teller transactions and branch operations as needed.
- Facilitate huddles, debriefs, and ensure compliance with all policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
- PC and digital tech proficiency; Notary License preferred.
