Position Summary

- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies while documenting interactions.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ years in sales/customer relationships.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools; ability to educate clients on platforms.
- Experience influencing partners and comfortable with small business interactions (preferred: Notary License).
