Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Denver branch located at 1675 Broadway, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls. This sales-driven role focuses on uncovering financial needs, recommending tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships to drive client confidence and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Achieve sales goals by opening accounts, loans, and deposit products for personal and business clients.
- Build partnerships with branch teams and external influencers to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and security policies while documenting interactions.
- Support daily branch operations, including teller duties, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; Notary License preferred.

- Support branch operations including teller transactions
- Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
- Work Saturdays as directed
