- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
- Support daily branch operations, including teller duties, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
- Knowledge of consumer credit fundamentals and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools.
- Strong work ethic, comfort with small business clients, and ability to influence partners.
