Position Summary

- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies while documenting interactions.
- Support branch operations, including teller duties, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year of sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools; comfort with small business clients (preferred).
- Strong ethics, work ethic, and ability to influence partners; Notary License preferred.
