Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's 3636 Dewey Avenue location in Greece, New York, you'll be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients and businesses. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Open accounts including consumer checking, small business, loans, and CDs.
- Build partnerships with teammates and external influencers to acquire and deepen client relationships.
- Meet sales goals through preset appointments, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Support branch operations, including teller duties, huddles, and Saturday shifts.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, relationship building, and achieving goals.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and tele-consulting.
- PC and digital tech proficiency; comfort with small business clients.
- Strong integrity, work ethic, and ability to influence partners.

- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures
- Support branch operations including teller transactions as needed
- Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals
- Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed
