Position Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools; comfort with small business clients preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence partners and achieve referral goals.

- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures
- Support branch operations including teller line assistance
- Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
- Work Saturdays as directed and perform other assigned duties
