Key Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions, and support teller operations.
- Participate in daily huddles, debriefs, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools; comfort with small business clients.
- Proven ability to influence partners and leverage referral sources; Notary License preferred.
