Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank in New Hartford, NY, you'll be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients in our community. This client-first, sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs and deliver customized financial solutions. You'll attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and contribute to branch success while supporting operations. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all policies, support teller operations, and participate in team huddles.
- Work Saturdays as needed and handle other duties to support branch success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, PCs, and digital banking tools.
- Comfort with small business clients, objection handling, and partner influence.
