Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Pickerington location (126 Postage Road), you'll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner to clients. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Consistently meet individual sales, activity, and outcome goals.
- Open various accounts including consumer checking, small business, home equity, and CDs.
- Build partnerships with teammates and external influencers to acquire new clients and deepen relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, support branch operations, and participate in team huddles.
- Work Saturdays as needed and handle teller transactions when required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and tele-consulting.
- PC proficiency (MS Office) and digital banking savvy.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to influence partners.
Notary License preferred. Comfort with small business clients a plus.
