Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Pittsburgh branch located at 831 Freeport Road, you'll be a trusted advisor and sales-driven partner to clients. This full-time role involves engaging clients in meaningful conversations—both in-person and via proactive calls—to uncover needs and deliver customized financial solutions. We're seeking self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills to attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and contribute to branch success. With a competitive salary range of $42,993 - $65,000 annually (converted from $20.67 - $31.25/hour), this position offers growth in banking careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client experience culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
- Consistently meet activity, behavior, and sales goals, including opening accounts and loans.
- Build partnerships with branch teammates and external influencers to drive client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all policies while supporting teller line operations.
- Participate in daily huddles and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, and digital tools (MS Office, mobile apps).
- Proven ability to influence partners and handle small business interactions.

- Open personal and business accounts including checking, loans, and deposits
- Develop partnerships with teammates and centers of influence for client acquisition
- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures
- Support branch operations including teller transactions as needed
- Participate in morning huddles, debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed
