Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at our Pound Ridge, NY branch located at 56 Westchester Avenue, you will engage clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs and deliver tailored financial guidance. This sales-driven role focuses on attracting new clients, deepening relationships, and achieving goals in a competitive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
- Embody a strong client experience culture, listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Consistently meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals while opening accounts, loans, and deposit products.
- Build partnerships with branch teammates and line of business experts to drive client acquisition and relationship expansion.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
- Support branch operations, including teller line assistance, huddles, debriefs, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) with 1+ year sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, prospecting, and digital tools (MS Office, mobile apps).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; Notary License preferred.
- Comfortable with small business interactions and overcoming objections.
