Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Provo branch (207 North University), you'll be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients in meaningful conversations—both in-person and via proactive calls—to uncover needs and deliver customized financial solutions. You'll attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and support branch operations while embodying our client experience culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations during client interactions.
- Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals, including opening accounts and lending products.
- Build strong partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners for client acquisition and relationship expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
- Support teller line transactions, participate in huddles and debriefs, and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 1+ years in developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referrals.
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, prospecting, and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking platforms.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; Notary License preferred.
