Position Summary

Team & Operations Support
- Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business experts.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, risk procedures, and documentation standards.
- Assist with teller transactions and participate in daily huddles/debriefs.
- Work Saturdays as scheduled and handle other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and goal achievement.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and tele-consulting.
- PC proficiency (MS Office) and digital banking expertise.
- Strong ethics, work ethic, and ability to influence partners.
