Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Reynoldsburg branch (6961 E Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068), you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to individuals and businesses. Engage clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Achieve sales goals by opening accounts, loans, and deposit products for personal and business clients.
- Build partnerships with branch teammates and external influencers to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
- Support teller line transactions and participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
- Work Saturdays as needed and adapt to evolving duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of sales experience in developing relationships and achieving goals.
- Knowledge of consumer credit principles and sales techniques including prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to influence partners.
