Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations during in-person and phone interactions.

• Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
• Support teller operations, participate in daily huddles and debriefs, and work Saturdays as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building (financial services experience not required).
• Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
• PC proficiency (MS Office) and digital banking tools expertise.
• Strong influencing skills for partners like Key Investment Services and Mortgage teams.
