Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at our Rocky River, OH branch located at 20633 Center Ridge Road, you will be the face of KeyBank in the community. This client-first, sales-driven role requires a self-motivated, competitive individual with excellent communication skills. You'll engage clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend tailored financial products, and build lasting relationships. Ideal for relationship builders passionate about helping others achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Open and manage personal and business accounts, including checking, loans, CDs, and more.
- Collaborate with branch teams and partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies.
- Support teller operations, participate in team huddles, and work Saturdays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ years in sales/customer relationships.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools.
- Strong ability to influence partners and network effectively.

- Open personal and business accounts including checking, loans, and deposits
- Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners for client acquisition
- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures
- Support branch operations including teller line assistance
- Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as needed
- Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals
