Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Rutland branch located at 80 West Street, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to individuals and businesses. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Partner with branch teammates, Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking professionals.
- Support teller line operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily huddles and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of sales or relationship-building experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit concepts like LTV, DTI, and credit reports.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to influence partners.
