Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Silverdale, WA branch, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

Team & Operations Support
- Partner with branch teammates and specialists in investments, mortgages, and business banking.
- Assist with teller transactions and ensure compliance with policies.
- Facilitate huddles, work Saturdays, and handle additional duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and goal achievement.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and tele-consulting.
- PC and digital tech proficiency; comfort with small business clients (preferred).
- Notary License (preferred).
