Position Summary

As a Personal Banker at our Snohomish, WA branch (1325 Avenue D, Snohomish, Washington 98290), you will engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover their financial needs and provide tailored recommendations. This sales-driven role focuses on building and expanding client relationships, attracting new customers, and supporting branch operations. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and offering customized solutions during in-person and phone interactions.
• Achieve sales goals by opening personal and business accounts, including checking, loans, CDs, and more.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business experts to deepen client relationships and acquire new business.
• Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies.
• Support daily branch operations, including teller line assistance, morning huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer relationships, and referral building.
• Knowledge of consumer credit fundamentals (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).
• Proficiency in sales techniques, PCs (MS Office), and digital banking tools.
• Strong ability to influence partners and leverage networks; Notary License (preferred).
