Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank in Taylorsville, Utah, you'll be the face of our client-first approach. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Listen for financial opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
- Open accounts including consumer checking, business accounts, loans, and CDs.
- Attain sales goals through appointments, walk-ins, and referrals.
Team & Operations Support
- Partner with branch teammates and specialists in investments, mortgage, and business banking.
- Support teller line and branch operations as needed.
- Facilitate huddles, debriefs, and comply with all policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and goal achievement.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques: prospecting, networking, objection handling.
- PC and digital tech proficiency; Notary preferred.

- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures
- Support branch operations including teller transactions
- Participate in morning huddles, debriefs, and work Saturdays as needed
