Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Tukwila branch (3434 S 152nd Street, Tukwila, WA 98188), you will be a trusted advisor and sales-driven partner to clients. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations during in-person and phone interactions.
- Open various accounts including consumer checking, small business, home equity, and CDs while meeting sales and activity goals.
- Build partnerships with branch teammates and specialists in investments, mortgages, and business banking to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Support daily branch operations, including teller line assistance, huddles, and debriefs; available to work Saturdays.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions accurately, and embody KeyBank's ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year of sales/customer relationship experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
- Proficiency in PCs, MS Office, and digital banking tools; comfort with small business clients.
- Demonstrated ability to influence partners and achieve referral goals; Notary License preferred.
