Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration & Operations
- Build partnerships with teammates and business lines for client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, risk, and audit procedures.
- Support teller transactions, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referrals. Consumer credit knowledge (LTV, DTI, credit reports) essential. Sales techniques including prospecting and networking required. PC/digital tech proficiency mandatory.
