Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
- Open accounts including consumer checking, small business, loans, and CDs.
- Attain sales goals through preset appointments, walk-ins, and referrals.
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Partner with branch teammates, Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
- Support teller line transactions and participate in daily huddles.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, risk procedures, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years sales/relationship building experience (financial services not required).
- Consumer credit knowledge (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Sales techniques: prospecting, networking, tele-consulting.
- PC/digital tech proficiency; strong work ethic and integrity.
