Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations during in-person and phone interactions.
• Consistently meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals, including opening accounts (checking, business, loans, CDs) and expanding client relationships.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates, Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking professionals to acquire new clients and deepen existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit policies while documenting interactions.
• Support branch operations, including teller duties, morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and Saturday shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) with 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and referral building.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and sales techniques like prospecting and networking.
• Proficiency in PCs (MS Office), digital tools (apps, online banking), and influencing partners.
• Comfortable with small business clients, objection handling, and ethical business practices.
