Position Summary
As a Personal Banker at KeyBank's Williamsville branch (5200 Main Street), you'll be the face of our commitment to exceptional client service. This sales-driven role involves engaging clients through in-person interactions and proactive calls to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships. We're seeking self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Achieve sales goals by opening accounts, including checking, business, lending, and deposit products.
- Build partnerships with teammates and external influencers to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Support branch operations, including teller transactions, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, risk, and audit policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, or goal achievement (financial services experience not required).
- Knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, and digital tools (mobile apps, online banking).
- PC proficiency in MS Office; Notary License preferred.
- Strong work ethic, comfort with small business clients, and ability to influence partners.
