Key Responsibilities

- Build partnerships with branch teams, investment services, mortgage, and business banking professionals.
- Support teller line operations and ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily huddles, debriefs, and occasional Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ years in sales/customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of consumer credit, sales techniques, and digital banking tools.
- PC proficiency and ability to influence partners and centers of influence.
- Comfortable with small business interactions and overcoming objections.
