Position Summary
The Portfolio Analyst I plays a vital role in supporting the Portfolio Management and Underwriting Team. This position involves assisting with all aspects of dealer lending client portfolios, including credit underwriting, loan documentation, ongoing analysis, and collateral management. Gain deep insights into client businesses while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Key Responsibilities
- Support Portfolio Managers in portfolio management tasks like asset quality reviews, quarterly reviews, waivers, amendments, appraisals, flood searches, KYC due diligence, collateral audits, and loan servicing.
- Collaborate on Annual Reviews for dealer clients with Portfolio and Relationship Managers.
- Develop and distribute industry reports to aid relationship management sales efforts.
- Identify client opportunities and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Adhere to KeyBank policies, manage risks, and perform additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years (2+ preferred) in business/commercial lending; 1+ years in portfolio/relationship management preferred.
- Strong finance acumen, analytical skills, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving, process optimization, and business knowledge.
- Hybrid work: 3+ days in office at 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, OH; occasional travel.

- Create and distribute industry-relevant reports for relationship management sales efforts
- Partner to identify client opportunities and recommend financial solutions
- Perform KYC due diligence, collateral audits, and loan servicing operational tasks
