Position Summary
The Private Client Advisor at KeyBank focuses on mass affluent clients ($250K-$2M investable assets), leading with financial planning and wellness. As the primary provider of investment services, you'll build strong partnerships with retail branch teams, identify full relationship opportunities, and deliver holistic financial solutions. This full-time, mid-level role offers the chance to drive sales growth, mentor branch staff, and leverage KeyBank's robust product suite for client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand client relationships with investable assets over $50K, executing consistent sales processes and financial plans.
- Host comprehensive financial wellness discussions to uncover investment and banking opportunities.
- Provide needs-based investment solutions using consultative sales and assessment tools.
- Achieve sales and referral goals through existing book of business, leads, and branch partnerships.
- Coordinate investment product delivery, coach branch personnel, and develop Centers of Influence strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licenses: FINRA SIE, S7, S66 (or S63 & 65), and state insurance licenses required upon hire or within specified timeframe.
- Skills: Proven sales track record, client-centric approach, team collaboration, and financial systems proficiency.
- Other: Valid driver's license; occasional travel including overnights.
