Position Summary

The Private Client Advisor at KeyBank's Brewster branch plays a pivotal role in serving our mass affluent client base. Focusing on planning and financial wellness, you'll provide investment solutions, uncover full relationship opportunities, and partner with retail branch teams to deliver holistic financial advice. This full-time, mid-level position requires FINRA licensing and targets clients with $250K-$2M in investable assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow new Mass Affluent clients and expand existing relationships with investable assets over $50K, emphasizing $250K-$2M segment.
• Lead holistic financial wellness discussions and develop comprehensive financial plans to identify investment and banking opportunities.
• Employ a consultative sales process using assessment tools to offer tailored investment solutions.
• Achieve sales and referral goals by leveraging book of business, leads, and branch partnerships.
• Coach and mentor branch personnel on investment referrals and coordinate product delivery.
• Build Centers of Influence strategies across Consumer Bank lines of business.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses: FINRA SIE, S7, S66 (or S63 & 65), and Resident State Insurance Licenses required upon hire (or within specified timeframe).
• Skills: Proven sales track record, client-centric approach, team collaboration, knowledge of investment products, and proficiency with financial systems.
• Other: Valid driver's license; occasional travel including overnights; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
